Hi, I’m Hardik, currently serving as a SQL Server Database Consultant at NTT. My journey with SQL began with SQL Server 2008 & 2008 R2, and since then, I’ve served many roles from junior DBA, DBA, DevOps DBA, Senior DBA to Consultant. I’ve primarily focused on highly available OLTP environments and large-scale enterprise database systems involving complex business functions with demanding performance needs. In addition to this, I’ve extensive knowledge of IaaS & PaaS Cloud Solutions implementation. I can ensure that the database management and maintenance should be structured, well-planned and executed, causing minimal disruptions to system availability.

Specializing in SQL Server, I concentrate on areas such as Performance Tuning, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and core engine architecture. My expertise extends to a thorough understanding of SQL Server internals and bringing Tools, Techniques, Knowledge, experiences and expertise to ensure that databases are fast, available, and secure. I am dedicated to establishing resilient, secure environments that guarantee data integrity and consistent accessibility, especially crucial for enterprise-level operations.

Troubleshooting stands out as the aspect of my work I find most fulfilling. I relish the challenge of methodically solving complex SQL issues, a process that combines patience with analytical precision. My approach to problem-solving goes beyond immediate fixes, emphasizing knowledge transfer to empower clients and colleagues with a deeper comprehension of SQL Server.
